What is your warranty policy?

1 year from purchase date, unlimited mileage.  Should a problem arise, we'll have you ship the pump back to us to test and repair.  Any warranty repairs are turned around quickly provided parts are available.  We do not ship replacement parts prior to evaluating your existing products.  Email sales@performancefuelingsolutions.com for support.

When will my order ship?  

Usually within a couple of days of order placement, but this depends on parts availability.  If you inquire, we do our best to give accurate estimates on shipping times.  While we love our customers and appreciate your enthusiasm, sending multiple inquiries about when something will ship gets annoying quickly, so please don't do that or we'll finish up your pump and take it out for a night of dinner and dancing, delaying your actual shipment 24 hours for each annoying inquiry (remember, you get one).  So, inquiries are ok, billions of emails asking if it shipped yet are not.  If you have a tight deadline, email us and we will both shoot estimated ship date to you straight as well as do our best to accommodate you.  Keep in mind a better strategy with any aftermarket automotive project is to get the parts installed and shaken down BEFORE your important dyno session/race etc. 

Is the owner bald, and does this impact fuel pump performance?

Yes, and through a complex chain of chemical reactions that are not well understood by modern science, the baldness imparts an approximate 10% increase to pump flow capacity. (no it doesn't)
