What is your warranty policy?

1 year from purchase date, unlimited mileage.  Should a problem arise, we'll have you ship the pump back to us to test and repair.  Any warranty repairs are turned around quickly provided parts are available.  We do not ship replacement parts prior to evaluating your existing products.  Email sales@performancefuelingsolutions.com for support.

What is your return policy?

Unopened and unused items returned within 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  

Sales & Promotional Items

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.  Sale pricing reflects limited availability and reduced margins and is offered with the expectation that the purchase is final.

When will my order ship?  

Usually within a couple of days of order placement, but this depends on parts availability. If you inquire, we do our best to give accurate estimates on shipping times.  While we love our customers and appreciate your enthusiasm, sending multiple inquiries about order status doesn’t accelerate shipping. Excessive check-ins may result in your pump receiving extra quality-control attention, possibly including a night of dinner and dancing before shipment (remember, you get one inquiry).

Inquiries are fine; repeated emails asking if it shipped yet are not. If you have a tight deadline, email us and we’ll provide an estimated ship date and do our best to accommodate. 

As with any aftermarket automotive project, we strongly recommend installing and shaking down parts before important dyno sessions, races, or events.

 

Is the owner bald, and does this impact fuel pump performance?

Yes, and through a complex chain of chemical reactions that are not well understood by modern science, the baldness imparts an approximate 10% increase to pump flow capacity. (no it doesn't)
