Return Policy/Disclaimer

RETURNS

If you need to return a component, please contact PFS to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipping. Returns received without an RMA will be refused.

Return requests must be made within fourteen (14) days of the original ship date shown on the invoice.

Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be received in new, unused, and 100% resalable condition, including original packaging. Items showing signs of installation, damage, modification, or missing components are not eligible for return.

All return shipping must be prepaid by the customer. We strongly recommend insuring returned packages, as PFS is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Orders that qualified for “free shipping” will have the actual outbound freight cost deducted from the refund.  Special order and custom components are non-returnable.  Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, less applicable restocking fees and outbound freight charges.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by emailing PFS (sales@performancefuelingsolutions.com) as soon as possible.

Canceled orders are subject to a 3% processing fee, which covers non-refundable credit card and payment processing charges.  This fee applies even if cancellation occurs shortly after checkout.

If an order has already been assembled, packaged, or staged for shipment, a restocking fee may apply.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the Return Policy. Return requests must be made within fourteen (14) days of the original ship date.
