PFS is proud to offer a true drop in 1000-1200WHP capable LPFP for 8V Audi RS3/TTRS. We start with a factory bucket and add custom PFS fittings, and hoses along with a brand new Walbro 525 fuel pump, fuel filter/FPR assembly, and wiring harness. All connections are Crimp/Solder/seal, we use M6 terminals triple secured with stainless serrated washers t for minimal voltage drop, heat build-up, or corrosion. Our fuel pump wiring is 2GA again for minimal voltage drop and minimal heat build-up.

We did extensive testing on our flow bench and chose the FPR/Filter combo that flowed the best it turned out to be a factory VAG part which is not surprising. Flow numbers were as follows.

With that said if you prefer a separate FPR, and our billet aluminum external filter, this is an option as well.

The Factory Filter/FPR in the RS3 pump flowed 480LPH (2.1GPM) at 80 psi

PFS External filter with 10 micron SS serviceable filter 480LPH (2.1GPM) at 80 psi (same as other upgrades are offering)

VAG 6.6 bar FPR/5 micron filer assembly 540LPH (2.37GPM) at 80 psi

This pump is a true drop-in meaning, pull the factory unit out, install this pump, install a simple two wire harness, and that's it. (tuning changes are required to avoid CEL)

Brand new build:

You keep your old pump, we send you a brand new PFS bucket + $400

Core Exchange after you receive the pump:

You pay a core charge up front, we send you a brand new PFS bucket, you send your stock pump in for a core charge refund +$400 refundable

Core Exchange before you receive the pump:

You send your stock pump in first, pay no core charge, and we send you a PFS bucket. No Extra Charge
